I could write a book about Kalen. Today, he turns 5 years old! Another chapter is beginning.
Here are some things you should know about our birthday boy:
K is for kindhearted. He can be very tender and helpful.
A is for authentic. He is unique and trustworthy. He is original.
L is for likable. This kid just is. He is fun to be with, has a sense of humor, and is interesting.
E is for eager. Kalen has intense desires to do things and follows through. This determination and expectancy he has is inspiring and sweet.
N is for noble. He is generous and has a noble spirit.

I will post pictures from his special day soon. Scott has the kids at soccer practice and I am taking a breather. Birthday season can be quite exhausting. Time for sit-ups and Oprah.

i am loving how you are truly celebrating each of your children during their days. what a great mothering act of love that is. they seem like such neat people.
and, i hear you about situps. girl, i was doing the exercise band while watching the kids take a bath. nothing like multi tasking. ha ha.
