Just a simple post about our newest backyard addition. Scott, the kids, and I spent the entire afternoon outside on this gorgeous day. We did a little of this and a little that. The most exciting moments surrounded Scott tying up our tire swing. We had one in Boone and the kids loved it. It is such a sweet thing.

Ok, this is funny. John (my brother) and I found a random tire and did that very thing at our house growing up and what had happened though is that it was not tied tight and well, guess who was the guinea pig who tried it out, while someone was spinning the tire as fast as "he" could? hmmmm, you guessed it. Me!! Then the rope broke and I landed in rocks. Probably not the best place to put it, but we thought it was a good at the time. Ahhhh memories. :) Ouch!! I'm sure your hubby, made sure it was good though, before he let your kiddos on. Such a smart man.
